This powerful program cost only $29.99, and is a simple way to change your body and your health. This program provides you with a 15 minute email in your inbox every Monday - Friday for 30 days. Each email has a link to a video that provides you with positive body affirmation information, daily exercise and nutrition. 

30 Day Custom Email Positive Body Image Fitness Program: $200.00

This program is customized to meet your specific needs. After completing a body-mind-spirit assessment questionnaire you will be given a customized program designed specifically for you. The program provides you with a one month program for changing your self-esteem, exercise and nutrition habits. 

30 Day Custom Telephone Positive Body Image Fitness Program: $800.00

The custom telephone positive body image program provides you with two, one-hour telephone session a week for 30 days for in-person support, and a customized program designed specifically for you. This program is excellent for those who need live support.

30 Day In-Person Positive Body Image Fitness Program: $1600.00

The 30 day in-person positive body image fitness program is available to individuals living in the Malibu, CA area only. This program provides you with hands on in-person sessions at your home or gym. A 30 day custom program including spirit, mind, nutrition and fitness is designed specifically for you, with two, one-hour in-person sessions a week for 30 days.

I.-A.M., Independent Authentic Movement! This truly innovative and unique class was developed to help all females get in touch with their femininity, curves and authentic body. It combines yoga, ballet, pilates, funk, strip tease, meditation and positive affirmations all into one fun cardio/body sculpt class that will have you wanting to take I.-A.M. everyday! I.-A.M. will free your spirit, free your mind and shape your body.

Pole Dancing: Pole dancing is the latest craze in female fitness. This fun class takes extraordinary upper-body strength and is an excellent cardiovascular, fat-burning workout. Pole dancing can be taught in the privacy of your own home or in a group atmosphere. 

Hip-Hop Cardio: This fun dance class burns a massive amount of calories, working your entire body from head to toe. Hip-hop is broken down into simple to follow steps with added intensity levels, making it a great workout for the beginner or advanced dancer.

Ballet Bam: Ballet bam is a ballet based fitness class that is simple to follow, yet challenging to do. This class tones your entire body with emphasis on your butt and core.

Zuma Zen: This class is an outdoor tactile fitness class, that uses sound, sight and smell with movement to give you an all sensory workout. This class is a cardio-strength combination class.

Visualization Stretch: This class combines meditation, visualization, yoga and stretch to give you a one hour soul, mind and body connection journey. This class is excellent for clearing your mind, focusing on specific visualizations, increasing flexibility and relaxing the entire body.

Positive Body Image Women's Empowerment Lectures: These lectures provide literature and information on how to get in touch with and love your body. Basic principals of the 7, 14, 30 day habit changing formula are discussed, as well as nutrition and fitness specifically for women.
